We know the feeling — you've found the perfect piece, and now you can't wait to hold it. At SageStone, we take great care in packaging and shipping your order so it arrives safely and beautifully.
1. Order Processing Time
Every SageStone order is prepared with care:
- Standard Processing: 1–3 business days. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.
- Custom/Personalized Orders: 5–10 business days, depending on complexity.
- Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Destinations
We're delighted to ship worldwide! SageStone delivers to most countries and regions.
Primary Shipping Regions
- United States: Standard and Express shipping available.
- Canada: Standard shipping available.
- United Kingdom: Standard shipping available.
- European Union: Standard shipping available to most EU member states.
- Australia & New Zealand: Standard shipping available.
- Other Regions: Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Within the United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — FREE on all orders
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days — $12.99
International Shipping
- Standard International: 7–21 business days — calculated at checkout (weight-based)
- Express International: 3–7 business days — calculated at checkout
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors that may affect delivery include customs processing, weather, holiday seasons, and carrier disruptions.
4. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us.
6. Packaging
Every SageStone piece is packaged with care:
- Items wrapped in protective material to prevent damage during transit.
- Eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible.
- Each order includes a care card with tips for maintaining your piece.
- Gift wrapping available as an add-on at checkout.
7. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
- Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT.
- These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
- The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
- We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before ordering.
- We cannot mark orders as "gifts" or undervalue packages on customs declarations.
8. Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately — we can only make changes before the order has been shipped.
9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days.
10. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
- P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS for domestic orders.
- APO/FPO/DPO: We proudly ship to military addresses via USPS.
