What materials do you use?

We work with natural materials — stones, woods, shells, seeds, and more. Every piece starts with something we find beautiful in nature.

Are the bracelets handmade?

Yes. Each bracelet is put together by hand. We string, knot, and finish every piece ourselves.

How do I care for my bracelet?

Avoid wearing it in water (shower, pool, ocean). Keep it away from perfume and chemicals. When not wearing, store it in a dry place. A soft cloth can be used to gently clean stones.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary by location. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

What if the bracelet breaks?

Reach out to us through the contact form or email. We will do our best to help — whether that is a repair, replacement, or finding the right solution for you.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping within the US is free on orders over 5. Orders under 5 ship for a flat rate of .99. International shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

US orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch. International orders usually take 7–14 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

Can I customize a bracelet?

Yes! We love making custom pieces. You can choose specific stones, adjust the size, or even combine elements from different designs. Just send us a message through our contact page with your ideas and we will work something out.

How do I measure my wrist size?

Wrap a flexible measuring tape snugly around your wrist where you would normally wear a bracelet. If you do not have a tape measure, use a piece of string and measure it against a ruler. Add about 0.5 inches (1 cm) for a comfortable fit. Most of our bracelets fit wrists from 5.5 to 8 inches.

What if I am allergic to a material?

We list all materials used in each product description. If you have known allergies to specific metals or stones, please check the product details before ordering. For nickel-sensitive skin, we recommend our all-natural stone and wood options which contain no metal. Contact us if you need help finding the right piece.

What does the packaging look like?

Each bracelet comes in a simple kraft paper gift box with a small care card. We keep packaging minimal and eco-friendly — no excess plastic or flashy materials. If you are ordering a gift, we can add a handwritten note — just mention it in your order or contact us.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

We do! If you are ordering 5 or more bracelets — for weddings, parties, gifts, or events — we offer tiered discounts. Reach out through our contact page with the quantity and style preferences, and we will send you a custom quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We never store your card details on our servers.

Do you have a physical store?

Not at the moment. We operate exclusively online, which helps us keep prices reasonable and focus on what matters — making great bracelets. You can browse and order everything right here on the website.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to follow your package on the carrier website. If you have not received tracking info within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us.

Are your materials ethically sourced?

We take sourcing seriously. Our stones and beads come from reputable suppliers who follow ethical trading practices. Woods and seeds are from sustainable sources. We do not use endangered or protected materials. If you have specific questions about a material, feel free to ask.

What is your return/exchange policy?

If your bracelet arrives damaged or significantly different from what you ordered, we will replace it or issue a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Because each piece is handmade, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, but we are always happy to discuss exchanges. Contact us and we will sort it out.

How should I clean my bracelet?

For stone and wood bracelets, wipe gently with a soft damp cloth. Avoid soaking, harsh chemicals, perfumes, or prolonged sun exposure. Metal components can be polished with a jewelry cloth. A little care goes a long way — check the care card that comes with your order for material-specific tips.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Every order ships in our standard kraft paper box, which works great as a gift on its own. If you want something extra, we can include a handwritten note for free. For premium gift wrapping, contact us before ordering and we can arrange it for a small fee.
